Yorkshire Pudding

When I was a kid, my mom would often make Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding on special occasions. Occasionally, I will do that still.

Yorkshire Pudding is easy, interesting to watch, and nothing like pudding. It’s really more of a bread than a pudding. Reminds me in some ways of a popover. Here’s what it looks like going into the oven:

The pan is preheated with butter in it.

My hubby was fascinated with how it looked coming OUT of the oven:
